The extra care facility in South Wales we have been working on for 18 months is now part occupied. The landscape is beginning to take shape....

Housing Associations, a strong sector with the firm, are demanding higher design standards to which we are pleased to respond. See the photomontages below or the Affordable Housing page. W Griffiths are pleased to work with domestic clients in both South Wales and London. We have seen an increase in work in this area recently. We believe our perspective from either end of the M4 corridor is unique and beneficial to both markets.
